Justin was born in Las Vegas and grew up in California and the Pacific Northwest. He pursues his passion for heart-pounding outdoor adventures while traveling the world for work. For more than three decades, he continues to hone his skill and expertise in the design, installation, maintenance, and repair of all things acrylic. Justin is committed to making your project as awe-inspiring as the natural world he loves. All this while continuing to squeeze in an early morning rock climb or motorcycle ride or……
Dana Portnoy
1959 – 2024
Dana was a native Las Vegan who started it all with acrylic installation. He was an OG when it came to acrylic design, installation, refurbishment, and leak repair. Since 1988, Dana pioneered methods that are standard protocol today. Dana passed away on Memorial Day, leaving a legacy of nearly four decades in the industry. His three surviving children and five grandchildren, miss “Pops” and his zest for living life large. Besides being Justin’s father, the Team at Portnoy’s Premier will definitely miss his expertise and sense of fun.
Lisa HEARN
Administrator
Lisa keeps Portnoy’s Premier running efficiently. Whether she’s getting out new project proposals, financially managing the many projects on the books, or solving administrative challenges, Lisa helps to keep everyone on task. In her spare time you’ll find her making art, or teaching her baby chicks to go into the coop at night, or orchestrating her grown children’s needs while they prepare to leave the nest. Lisa is the grout that holds everything together.
Diana Hollenbeck
Marketing
Diana is living the dream in 60 sq. ft. aka #vanlife. For many (many) years she pursued the perfect remote gig and now has it! She is responsible for the marketing and social media. In addition to keeping all the business processes well-documented and the Team on task, Diana helps organize the work calendar and job flow. While she is discovering parts of America she’s not seen and writing about it, she helps Portnoy’s Premier under promise and over deliver.
